Chance was born in 2014 when Pr. Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Ludovic de Gromard and then Clemence Coghlan decided to turn the company-centric approach to professional growth into a talent-centric movement.
4.8 million euros have already been invested in Research and Development since the creation of Chance, with financial support from Google.org and the Public Investment Bank - BPI France.
With 5 nationalities represented, our team works from Paris (based out of Station F, the world’s largest incubator), San Francisco and Rio de Janeiro.
As a Young Innovative Company (JEI) labeled by the French government, Chance wants to keep on building a team of top professionals from around the world to come and work in Paris.
As a Team Member of Chance you will benefit from the support of strong advisors to grow professionally: we have technical partnerships with Google and Facebook and active advisors such as Riley Newman (ex Head of Data Airbnb), Arnaud Ferreri (Director of Engineering at Instacart), Mike Arcuri (Product Manager at Facebook), Alexander Asseily (co-founder of Jawbone), etc.
Chance is eligible to the French Tech Visas’ simplified and fast-track procedure for top talents.
